By accessing and using this Hack Days 2025 event app, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use this app.

About This App

This app is a personal project created to support the Hack Days 2025 event (October 30-31, 2025). It is not an official company platform. The codebase is independently maintained and provided as-is for the sole purpose of facilitating the hackathon event.

Eligibility

This app is exclusively for participants in the Hack Days 2025 event. You must have a valid @egym.com email address to register and use this platform.

Permitted Use

You may use this app to:

• Register for the Hack Days 2025 event
• Submit and browse project ideas
• Form teams and collaborate with other participants
• Access event information and schedules

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the app only for its intended event-related purposes
• Respect other participants and their project ideas
• Not share sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the app's functionality
• Comply with all applicable laws and company policies

Content You Submit

When you submit project ideas or other content:

• You retain ownership of your ideas and intellectual property
• Your submissions may be visible to other event participants
• You grant permission for your content to be displayed within the app for event purposes
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights

Intellectual Property

The codebase for this app is owned by the app creator (not the company). Project ideas and innovations developed during the hackathon follow your company's existing intellectual property policies and hackathon rules.

Temporary Nature

This app is temporary. It will be available for the duration of the event and approximately 30 days afterward for data export and wrap-up. After this period:

• The app may be taken offline
• All data will be deleted unless exported
• You may request a data export before the shutdown date

Data and Privacy

Your use of this app is also governed by our Privacy Notice. Please review it to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.

Disclaimers

This app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for any loss of data (please backup important information)
• This is a personal project and not officially supported or endorsed
• Technical issues or downtime may occur

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app creator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use this app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or any other issues.

Third-Party Services

This app uses third-party services (Clerk for authentication, Convex for database). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Given the temporary nature of this app, major changes are unlikely.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
